We expected this toner cartridge to last longer than 2 months. Very low page count, toner ran out very fast. Printer failed to recognize it as an original HP-made cartridge, even though that's what we thought we bought. Buyer beware.
I did more research and found that HP is having serious supply issues with this 85A toner.
I do not feel this toner is a good value, no matter how cheap the HP printer is/was. HP needs to extend the life of the cartridge (higher page output) or lower the price.

This cartridge is only rated for 1600 pages at $63.07 each My brother toner cartridge costs $64.49 and yields 5,000 pages. HP needs to lower the price!
